Soak up the Greek sun on the full-service elegant loungers, try prime snacks, healthy bowls, and mouth-watering cocktails during the day, then head to the restaurant to enjoy under the pergola a refreshing menu of outstanding Mediterranean cuisine made with fresh regional ingredients.

 

The new Executive Chef of Callao, the internationally acclaimed Iosif Sikianakis, has worked for awarded restaurants in Athens, Mykonos, Paris, and New York and aims to turn his creative approach to Mediterranean-Greek dining into an exclusive happening! His skilled and talented team dreams up unprecedented tastes that carry the wisdom of tradition and the novelty of thorough knowledge. Taste dishes with deep sea flavor and a “Greek flair”, aromatic salads, tender meats, and signature appetizers, such as the crispy “moussaka croquettes”. Must- try options: the “Tuna Tataki marinated in truffle oil, chili, sesame seeds, wasabi sauce with yoghurt and wakame salad”, the “Sea Urchin Pasta with smoked garlic & pink pepper” and the “fish butchery”, where a big fresh fish is cooked in 4 different ways: “Kakavia soup”, “fish collars with grilled vegetables & ponzu sauce”, “fish fillet fricassée style” and “barbecued fish tail”! All that's left to add is the right bottle of wine!
