Currently, we are recruiting for our Reservations Department, and we are looking for an organized & extraverted Reservations Agent to join us!

Role Characteristics
Title: Reservation Agent
Position Code: RA-0323
Reporting to: Assistant Reservations Manager
Employment Type: Full time
Office Basis: Corfu Island Greece
Role responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

• Maximize rooms revenue through the conversion of telephone calls into sales
• Be fully conversant with all market segments and rate plans used across all distribution channels
• Identify sales opportunities through individuals, Corporate Accounts, Wholesalers and Travel Management companies
• Give detailed information as needed to callers regarding amenities and activities that Angsana Corfu Resort & Spa has to offer
• Handle customer queries and complaints relating to Rooms Reservations
• Support the Assistant Reservations Manager and/or Revenue Manager with special projects as required


Role Requirements & Person Specification

• Enthusiastic individual, highly communicative and with friendly personality
• Proven experience in Customer Service, ideally in a luxury environment
• Fluency in English
• Good command of a second language (Russian, German, French) would be a plus
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of Opera
